We offer all our customers a 14 day no quibble refund or exchange guarantee.
If your Margo Popped In... shade simply doesn't fit into it's desired location or you are unsatisfied then please advise the team within 14 days and the cost of the shade shall be fully refunded. However, return costs (eg postage and packing) will be the responsibility of the customer.
If goods are faulty or damaged, Margo will cover the returns postage and exchanged (where possible) or a refund given.
Soiled products through use or wear and tear are not accepted for return.
It is recommended that for your own protection you obtain a proof of postage as returned goods that are mislaid in transit remain the customers responsibility.
Margo reserves the right to cancel orders if there is an error in price or description. In this unlikely event, a full refund will be given.
